Black Belt Program Details
Western PA BNI is pleased to announce a new program developed by director David L. Holzer (Business Nexus BNI) has been accepted by BNI Headquarters and is being piloted here in our region. It’s called the BNI Black Belt Program and is designed to reward, recognize, and motivate BNI members who participate in BNI “continuing education.” By attending training such as Member Success Program, Advanced Trainings and Referral Institute programs (Certified Networker Program and the Referral Pipeline Seminar), BNI members earn credits. For every 20 credits earned, a member will advance in Black Belt rank. To start earning points, attend a Member Success Program or Advanced Training class, where you’ll receive your program booklet documenting the points you earn.
In order to earn your Black Belt, please follow the following process:
1. Go to trainings earn your credits
2. Fill in your official BNI BBP scorecard (Click here to download)
3. Get the trainer(s) signature for the trainings
4. For every 20 credits earned, you earn a new black belt rank
5. Complete the designation form (Click here to download)
6. Fax both the designation form and a copy of your official scorecard to Cyndi Sanborn at 724-941-9583
7. Upon approval, your director will bring your black belt lanyard and/or your gold star pin (which denotes rank beyond 1st degree) to their next chapter visit.
